His once bustling ice cream shop was now deserted. The passersby seemed to have disappeared, and the children no longer ran to his shop. What could have happened? He realized he had to do something, and so he decided to turn to Signor Stefano, the Master of Chocolate.<\/p><p>He told him that the business had been entrusted to him by his grandfather, who had taught him the art of ice cream. He couldn&#039;t disappoint him.<\/p><p>After listening to Matteo, Stefano entered his secret laboratory, where he experimented, mixing mysterious ingredients he collected on his travels with chocolate: stardust, night-blooming flower extract, and even a drop of dew collected at dawn. He returned with a special blend and told Matteo: &quot;This blend contains everything you need: cocoa, sugar, and a little something extra. But remember, use it with care.&quot;\u201c<\/p><p>When Matteo made gelato with that mixture, something extraordinary happened: the gelato glowed with a soft light, and its aroma evoked happy memories. The gelato shop filled with customers, and the gelato&#039;s fame spread throughout Piedmont.<\/p><p>Many gelato makers sought out the Signor Stefano blend, but he decided to offer it only to those who put their heart and soul into their work.
