gianduia hazelnut chocolate with a refined flavor, obtained from a combination of selected cocoa and carefully roasted hazelnuts. Ideal for creating pralines, boeri, semifreddos, as well as for frosting and cake fillings. Contains at least 35% fat. Available in 500g blocks.
