A perfectly balanced base enriched with dehydrated yogurt, to which water and/or milk can be added to obtain a creamy, soft ice cream with an irresistible flavour.
Dosage
1.6 kg + 5 litres of whole or skimmed milk or 1.6 kg + 4 litres of whole or skimmed milk + 1 kg of yogurt
