A base rich in milk and dairy products, to be used in a dosage of 100 g per litre of milk, specifically for an ice cream with an extraordinary creaminess and a delicate milk and cream flavour.

1 liter milk + 100 g Fioccolatte Base + 250 g sugar + 20 g skimmed milk powder. + 100 g cream
