Low-weight base (50g per litre of milk), with milk derivatives and vegetable fibre, ideal for recipes to which fresh cream and/or skimmed milk powder are added.
Dosage
50 g base + 1 lt milk + 220/250 g sugar
For a creamier ice cream
50g base + 1lt milk + 250/270g sugar + 50g skimmed milk powder. + 150 g cream
