Base Natura Ricca Frutta 50
A base made with premium, carefully selected ingredients for a fruit-rich sorbet. No added fats, milk, or dairy products, and no emulsifying additives.
Dosage
Recipe valid for both hot and cold processes:
225 g water, 225 g sugar, 50 g Base Natura FR 50 + 500 g blended fruit. Add the blended fruit while hot, once the mixture has cooled.
