A specific base for cold-processing fruit blends, rich in fructose. No added fats, milk, or dairy products.
Dosage
Live Fruit Base 50 F with fruit pastes:
50 g base + 1 lt water + 270 g sugar + 120 g fruit paste
Live Fruit Base 50 F with frozen or fresh fruit:
50 g base + 0.66 lt water + 340 g sugar + 450 g fruit (it is recommended to add 30 g of fruit paste)
